42dot’s Senior CEO Staff will directly support the CEO of 42dot, playing a crucial role in activities aimed at achieving the organization's strategic objectives. This role also will involve strong collaboration with the executive leadership team and supporting organizational efficiency and performance enhancement through decision support. The role requires a high level of discretion, organizational ability, and communication skills, as it involves interacting with various internal and external stakeholders and managing sensitive information

Responsibilities

• CEO의 효율적인 의사결정을 위한 필요한 정보의 조직 및 우선순위의 결정.
• 전략적인 조직 비전과 목표 모니터링, 회사의 비즈니스 성과 분석 및 business intelligence 제공.
• CEO의 전략적 이니셔티브 확장을 위한 명확한 소통을 보장하고 강력한 조직관계에 기여.
• 내외부 이해관계자들과 소통하며 CEO의 효율적인 일정과 시간관리를 보장.
• Enhance efficient decision-making for the CEO by organizing critical issues and prioritizing necessary information.
• Provides company business performance analysis and business intelligence to monitor and track strategic organizational vision and goals.
• Ensure clear communication for the expansion of CEO's strategic initiatives and contribute to robust organizational relationships.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and time management for the CEO by communicating with internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 학사 또는 석사 학위 (경영학, 비즈니스, 공학 전공 또는 관련 분야).
• 8년 이상의 전략 컨설팅 및 Global company에서의 In-house business strategy/business development 경험.
• Mobility/automotive 산업 접근성 및 이해도.
• 전략적 의사 결정을 이끄는 탁월한 비즈니스 이해력과 분석 능력.
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 협력 기술.
• 높은 수준의 조직화 및 프로젝트 관리 능력.
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서의 적응력과 문제 해결 능력.
• 뛰어난 문서작성 및 언어 소통 능력.
• C-level 또는 고위경영진 지원 경력.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• +8 years of global strategic consulting or in-house business strategy/business development experience in a global company.
• Experience and knowledge in mobility/automotive industry.
• Outstanding business acumen and analytical prowess to guide strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• High-level organizational and project management proficiency.
• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving proficiency in swiftly changing environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience in supporting C-level or senior executives.

Interview Process

• 서류전형 - 화상면접 (1시간 내외) - 대면 혹은 화상면접 (3시간 내외) - 최종합격
