5. 프로젝트 관리

• 제품 개발 및 출시 프로젝트의 전반적인 관리
• 각 단계별 진행 상황 모니터링 및 문제 해결

6. 협력 및 네트워킹

• 해외 파트너사와의 긴밀한 협력 및 관계 유지
• 국제 무역 박람회 및 이벤트 참가

• 자격 요건: 초대졸 이상, 3년 이상 경력, MS Office 활용 능력 우수, 영어 능통자, 해외 여행 결격 사유 없는 분
• 우대 사항: 프랑스어 가능자, 아마존/큐텐 경험자, 포토샵 능력자

근무 조건 및 형태

• 근무 시간: 09:00~18:00 (주 5일, 일 8시간) (*시차출근제 가능: 08:00(10:00)~17:00(19:00))

전형 절차

서류 전형은 수시로 확인하여 개별 연락합니다.

• 포지션의 특성에 따라 전형 과정 중 과제 전형(디자인 테스트) 또는 추가 인터뷰 등이 진행 될 수 있습니다.
• 1차 인터뷰는 실무진이 참석해 약 40분 ~ 1시간 가량 실무 역량과 진행했던 프로젝트 등에 대해 이야기를 나눕니다.
• 2차 인터뷰는 CEO 경영진이 참석해 약 1시간 가량 컬쳐핏과 관련된 이야기를 나눕니다.
• 최종 인터뷰가 마무리된 이후 처우 협의 및 입사 일정을 조율합니다.
• 수습 및 시용기간은 3개월이며, 이후 적합성 평가에 따라 기간이 연장되거나 채용 취소가 될 수 있습니다. (수습 및 시용기간, 급여 100%)
• 인턴/계약직의 경우 특정 인터뷰를 생략하거나 추가 할 수 있습니다.

Job Position and Qualifications

• Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing Management

• Collaborate with manufacturing partners worldwide to manage product production.
• Oversee quality control and coordinate production schedules.

2. New Product Development

• Conduct market research and analysis for new product development.
• Identify innovative product ideas and manage development projects.

3. Sourcing

• Source new items for main products, materials, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Identify and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

4. Logistics Management

• Manage international logistics and customs procedures.
• Optimize cost-efficient logistics routes.

5. Project Management

• Oversee all aspects of product development and launch projects.
• Monitor progress at each stage and resolve issues.

6. Collaboration and Networking

• Maintain close collaboration and relationships with overseas partners.
• Participate in international trade shows and events.

• Qualifications: Associate degree or higher, minimum 3 years of experience, Excellent proficiency in All MS Office, fluent in English, no restrictions on international travel
• Preferred: Fluency in French, experience with Amazon/Qoo10, proficiency in Photoshop
• Number of Positions: Single Digit

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)(*Flexible working hours available: 08:00(10:00)–17:00(19:00))

Recruitment Process

Candidates will be contacted individually after the application screening process.

• Depending on the position, the process may include assignments (design tests) or additional interviews.
• The first interview, conducted by the team, lasts about 40 minutes to 1 hour and focuses on practical skills and previous projects.
• The second interview, conducted by the CEO and executive team, lasts about 1 hour and focuses on cultural fit.
• After the final interview, offer negotiation and onboarding schedule will be arranged.
• The probation period is 3 months, during which performance will be evaluated. Based on this evaluation, the probation period may be extended or employment may be terminated. (Full salary during the probation period)
• For interns or contract positions, certain interviews may be skipped or added.
• If any information provided in the application, such as education or work experience, is found to be false, the offer or employment may be rescinded.
