모집분야 및 자격요건

• 담당 업무: 브랜드의 스토리와 가치를 담은 콘텐츠 작성, 웹사이트, 블로그, 소셜 미디어, 뉴스레터 등 다양한 플랫폼을 위한 글쓰기, 제품 설명, 리뷰, 광고 문구 등 마케팅 자료 작성, SEO를 고려한 콘텐츠 전략 수립 및 실행, 회사 내외부 커뮤니케이션 콘텐츠 관리
• 자격 요건: 초대졸 이상, 3년 이상 경력, MS Office 활용 능력 우수, 영어 가능자, 해외 여행 결격 사유 없는 분
• 우대 사항: 영어 능통자, 불어 가능자, 매거진 등 언론사 에디터 실무 경험
• 모집 인원: N 명

근무 조건 및 형태

• 근무 시간: 09:00~18:00 (주 5일, 일 8시간) (*시차출근제 가능: 08:00(10:00)~17:00(19:00))
• 근무 장소: 용산구 이태원동
• 고용 형태: 정규직 (수습 3개월) ※ 희망 연봉 기재 필수

전형 절차

서류 전형 ► 1차 인터뷰 (실무진) ► 2차 인터뷰 CEO ► 처우 협의 ► 확정 ► 수습 및 시용기간 3개월 ► 정직원 채용

서류 전형은 수시로 확인하여 개별 연락합니다.

• 포지션의 특성에 따라 전형 과정 중 과제 전형(디자인 테스트) 또는 추가 인터뷰 등이 진행 될 수 있습니다.
• 1차 인터뷰는 실무진이 참석해 약 40분 ~ 1시간 가량 실무 역량과 진행했던 프로젝트 등에 대해 이야기를 나눕니다.
• 2차 인터뷰는 CEO 경영진이 참석해 약 1시간 가량 컬쳐핏과 관련된 이야기를 나눕니다.
• 최종 인터뷰가 마무리된 이후 처우 협의 및 입사 일정을 조율합니다.
• 수습 및 시용기간은 3개월이며, 이후 적합성 평가에 따라 기간이 연장되거나 채용 취소가 될 수 있습니다. (수습 및 시용기간, 급여 100%)
• 인턴/계약직의 경우 특정 인터뷰를 생략하거나 추가 할 수 있습니다. 
• 지원서에 기재된 학력 및 경력사항 등 서류 기재 사항이 허위로 판명될 경우, 합격/입사가 취소될 수 있습니다.

Job Position and Qualifications

• Responsibilities: Writing content that embodies the brand’s story and values. Creating content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters. Writing product descriptions, reviews, and marketing materials such as ad copy. Developing and implementing content strategies with SEO considerations. Managing internal and external communication content
• Qualifications: Associate degree or higher. Over 3 years of experience. Excellent proficiency in all MS Office tools. Proficient in English. No restrictions on international travel.
• Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in English. Proficiency in French. Practical experience as an editor in magazines or media companies.
• Number of Positions: Single Digit

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)(*Flexible working hours available: 08:00(10:00)–17:00(19:00))
• Location: Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu
• Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period) ※ Specifying desired salary is mandatory

Recruitment Process

Application Screening ► First Interview (Team) ► Second Interview (CEO) ► Offer Negotiation ► Confirmation ► 3-Month Probation Period ► Full-Time Employment

Candidates will be contacted individually after the application screening process.

• Depending on the position, the process may include assignments (design tests) or additional interviews.
• The first interview, conducted by the team, lasts about 40 minutes to 1 hour and focuses on practical skills and previous projects.
• The second interview, conducted by the CEO and executive team, lasts about 1 hour and focuses on cultural fit.
• After the final interview, offer negotiation and onboarding schedule will be arranged.
• The probation period is 3 months, during which performance will be evaluated. Based on this evaluation, the probation period may be extended or employment may be terminated. (Full salary during the probation period)
• For interns or contract positions, certain interviews may be skipped or added.
• If any information provided in the application, such as education or work experience, is found to be false, the offer or employment may be rescinded.
