▶담당업무
1. Support a team leader for strategic initiatives for national brands as below
- Develop portfolio strategies for national brands
- Create a one-year plan for each brand, including defining the target audience and key objectives.
- Establish and monitor brand KPIs
- Create key report materials for a marketing team, regional teams and global teams
- Participate in innovation projects to explore new business opportunities and develop new products
- Build the brand identity for each brand
- Implement and manage brand architecture
2. Provide guidance and direction to brand managers for campaigns, activations, etc.
- Offer advice based on consumer insights and market trend analysis.
- Identify key insights and create action plans based on consumer research and market performance trends
- Manage the consumer research process in collaboration with the insights team
3. Participate in the creation and management of monthly/quarterly reports and presentations
4. Collaborate actively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Work closely with trade marketing, sales, innovation teams, and others to ensure alignment and execution
5. Liaise with global teams & global agencies and lead or participate in global Meetings

- Proficient in documentation and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Passionate about delivering maximum results.
- High resilience and flexible thinking for problem-solving.
- Business English (Email, documenting, call & meeting)
▶Team Introductions
The team you will be joining is the NB Strategy & Portfolio team, which is part of the National Brands team within the Marketing department.
This team primarily works on national brands (Cass & Hanmac mainly).

- This position requires excellent communication skills above all, as it involves active collaboration with various teams.
- Additionally, the ability to analyze data from multiple sources, derive insights, and propose action plans to other teams is essential.
- Our team frequently handles diverse changes and challenging projects, so it is important to have a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks and the flexibility to adapt to various changes
- Since this role involves managing the entire project process and timelines for innovation and insights, strong time management skills and the ability to respond quickly are also required
