DevOps Lead
📝LINA General Insurance Korea is looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD strategy and to get several solution for DevOps to address Global strategy and enhance source quality. This role will be responsible for optimizing our software delivery pipeline, improving system reliability, and ensuring the security and scalability of our insurance technology platforms. As a key technical leader, this position will play a crucial role in modernizing our IT operations and fostering a DevOps culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Create future DevOps roadmap, establish backlog and user stories and work with the team to implement.
- Collaborate with various teams ensuring smooth delivery of software from concept to production.
- Establish and communicate DevOps strategy to business as well technical stakeholders/leaders.
- Design, implement, and test scripted patterns to satisfy a wide array of partners including application Owners, Infrastructure, Architects, Security and Compliance and improve software delivery speed and reliability.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and integrating emerging DevOps practices.
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Work closely with Global DevOps team.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- CI/CD & Automation: Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies.
- Modern SDLC lifecycle skillset including use of git or similar SCM.
- Exceptional analytical skills, able to apply expertise to drive technical solutions.
- Experienced in SQL database/SQL queries.
- Ability to create scripts/utilities to support any additional automation needs.
- Fluent in both English and Korean (verbal & written).
