🧑💻 주요 업무
• Software Engineer와 협력하여 AI 기반 솔루션을 기획하고 구현
• 프로젝트 일정 및 자원을 효과적으로 관리하여 프로젝트 진행 과정 최적화
• 아키스케치 및 Match Group 브랜드의 요구사항을 수집 및 반영하여 프로젝트 기획안 작성
• 프로젝트 기획 시 정량적 KPI를 수립하고, 성과를 측정 및 평가
• 프로젝트의 진행 상황과 잠재적 리스크를 지속적으로 모니터링 및 분석
• 글로벌 Trust & Safety(T&S) 기준 충족을 위해 Match Group과 협력하여 플랫폼 개발 수행
🤖 자격 요건
• Product Manager 또는 Project Manager 경력 1년 이상 및 서비스 기획 및 프로젝트 관리 경험
• 전략적 사고, 분석력, 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력 보유
• AI, 웹 애플리케이션 및 관련 기술에 대한 깊은 이해
• 여러 개의 프로젝트를 체계적이고 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 역량
• 비즈니스 미팅을 주도할 수 있는 역량
• 여러 팀과 협업한 경험 보유
• 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
☄️ 우대 사항
• Computer Science 또는 관련 분야에 대한 이해
• LLM 기반 서비스 및 AI 솔루션 개발 프로젝트 관리 경험
• 스타트업 환경에서의 기술 제품 개발 및 성장 경험
• 애자일(Agile), 스크럼(Scrum), 칸반(Kanban) 기반 프로젝트 관리 경험
