Working as a Customer Success Manager requires you to communicate and collaborate closely with the product team that constitutes the core of any SaaS business. You can quickly acquire essential IT knowledge such as an understanding of web and app environments, data types, SDKs, APIs, and more.

❖ As a Global Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure they can efficiently integrate Airbridge into their services
- Enable customers for product usage by identifying how Airbridge can help meet their business objectives and resolve pain points
- Assist with event taxonomy and data pipeline based on a solid understanding of SDKs, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Become a reliable partner trusted by customers in not only marketing technology but also digital growth
- Provide customer feedback to the relevant team internally to help improve Airbridge itself
❖ We’re looking for talents with:
- Excellent communication skills with native-level fluency in English and Korean
- Experience as a performance marketer for 1~2 year in an in-house or marketing agency, or experience in related industries (marketing consulting agencies, media)
- Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and cross-team communication skills
- Driven by curiosity and an ability to grasp unfamiliar concepts, with a tolerance for steep learning curves
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
❖ Optional qualifications are:
- Communication skills in languages other than English and Korean (Business professional level, Chinese and Vietnamese preferred)
- Experience in working with global clients
- Ability to create persuasive and structured presentations and written materials.
- Passion for sharing knowledge, with the ability to convey complex information easily and effectively.
- Experience in digital product management, data analytics, etc.; with specialty in attribution and/or data analysis solutions
- General level of understanding and/or interest in advertising technology, digital marketing and/or SaaS businesses
- Learning experience in programming, or high level of understanding and/or interest in recent IT trends
- Interest in building your career in Korea (for international applicants)
❖ Hiring process

Interview with direct managers or peers.
- Please note that there will be a 30-minute, on-site assignment
2nd Interview (English/Korean)
Interview with the management.
- In both of the interview rounds, applicants will be asked questions and converse with the interviewers to learn about the applicants’ skillset, potential, competency, and culture fit.

- 솔루션 온보딩

- 영어, 한국어 커뮤니케이션 스킬이 뛰어나신 분 (Native Level)
- 2년 이상의 디지털 마케팅 집행 경험 혹은 그 외 동종업계(마케팅 컨설팅사, 대행사, 매체사 등) 경험이 있으신 분
- 논리적으로 사고하여 문제 해결하고 커뮤니케이션(전달력, 문서 작성 능력)하는 역량을 갖고 계신 분
- 생소한 개념에 대한 강한 호기심과 이해력을 바탕으로, 가파른 러닝 커브를 그릴 수 있는 분
