[Responsibility]
- Design and improve Employer Branding strategies and initiatives through data-driven insights and best practice
- Actively lead HR Project to improve process or digitalization
- Manage and develop entire recruitment processes
- Manage and develop On & Offboarding process
- Workforce staffing and HC Planning
- Manage HR Systems (SAP) and time management
- Closely communicate and work with Global and Region team
[Qualification]
- 7-10 years of HR experience required
- Various experiences in Employer Branding or HR process improvement initiatives required
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or fully understand the full-cycle recruitment process preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactively think and improve the HR process
- Proficient in both English and Korean.
